Builds on top of #281

This commit adds test for path-with-query; the test marked as expected
to fail depends on WebAssembly/WASI#949.

The normalization of some("") to / depends on WebAssembly/WASI#780

This commit adds proper roundtrip tests for client status and method
ensuring that the request reaches the server and response reaches
back the client with the appropriate expectations.
This builds on top of
WebAssembly#279 and adds test to
exercise headers from the perspective of the http client.

This commit switches the `/echo` convention into a proper configuration
option, called `mode`. `mode`, will configure the action that needs to
be taken by the server in terms of response body and headers.
Builds on top of WebAssembly#280

This commits adds a tests covering two cases for `client.send`:

1. Invalid authority
2. Closed authority

Additionally, in order to enable coverage for the cases above, this
commit augments the configuration by introducing a top level `servers`
configuration key.

This allows creating servers for different purposes, e.g., one that will
be listening for the life span of the test and other that will be closed
immediately, to test closed connection scenarios.
