chore: declare runtime rate-limit state and pipeline log regenerable - #265
Conversation
Dogfood worktrees keep data/rate-limit-state.json (RateLimitState) and logs/pipeline.log (logback file appender) after their work lands, so worktree GC kept them as undeclared ignored bytes. Both are rebuilt by the next app run. Agent-Session: 50fa271c-60b8-4d99-be3b-90dd43200f83
