Use immutable named resolution and direct constructor calls throughout the maintained providers. Remove legacy JSON assembly input and mapping adapters, keep one-way audit projections, and version the private typed source contract. Move selected STM32/GD32 cold lifecycle operations into tested C owners, preserve retryable resource responsibility, and split measured ADC/PWM hardware descriptions from mutable state. Verify exact candidate evidence in capability queries, validate complete local software-plan receipts, and align explicit documentation evidence references, architecture diagrams and reviewed bilingual documentation.

Generate test-only calls from Construction and share physical MMIO addresses across the complete constructor and driver translation units. Preserve rollback, shared IRQ and line ownership assertions.

resolve_ir()直接向 factory 和 emitter 提供具名不可变决策。删除旧 JSON 输入、Mapping façade、重复 values 和 typed/JSON 往返；私有 Python source epoch 为 2，单向 resolved JSON 为 schema 1，公共 C factory 接口保持 epoch 1。验证绑定干净平台提交

边界：源码 checkout 的能力 CLI 与安装 SDK 候选具有不同输入闭包（SDK manifest 是配置输入，现有绝对路径排序也会改变输入记录顺序），因此实测 source_match=true、configuration_match=false，执行范围保持 not_assessed；原 candidate verify 是精确产物的正向验证入口。部分生成冷态行为尚未迁入 C，不以本 PR 宣称全部硬件路径重构。
GitHub Actions 按用户要求由本地 CI 验证。实际 GitHub 状态发布返回 403（statuses:write），publication=unconfirmed；服务端保护规则写入同样返回 403，未声称远端绿灯或保护已启用。实板未接入，HIL 为 not_executed；候选未签名、未进行产品发布。
