Summary

• Replace the opening globe with a lightweight, nine-second animated index of the profile's three actual project groups, with a static fallback.
• Add the procedural artwork generator and a build stamp for source/output verification; reuse the existing YASLOGIST mark and fonts.

Validation

• New hero python assets/readme/build_profile_index.py --check: passed; 145 decoded frames, 1920 × 720, 9-second loop, 1.06 MiB, and matching source/output hashes. The decoded first and last frames match.
• Existing python tools/verify_assets.py --strict: 34 checks passed; this verifier inspects the earlier hero and README asset references.
• GitHub Markdown API rendering, local asset paths, measured text contrast, Python compilation, and git diff --check were checked.
• Unit tests: 38 passed, 1 failed. The existing test_profile_opens_with_static_art_and_opt_in_motion already failed before these changes and requires a static-first hero, which conflicts with the requested animated-first design. The test and CI configuration were outside the authorized scope and remain unchanged, so the CI unit-test step is expected to fail until that expectation is updated.

Remaining limitations

• The existing CI does not automatically run the new hero's --check.
• Actual GitHub client and Mermaid visual rendering, and demo availability, were not verified. Reduced motion is provided through a manual static-poster link.
