…it gate; bump to 0.1.2 release.yml builds x86_64 and aarch64 Linux binaries on GitHub's runners, runs the Rust tests, the verifier tamper suite and ci/run.sh on each, runs cargo audit --deny warnings, writes one CycloneDX 1.5 SBOM per binary, and signs a sha256sum MANIFEST.txt of every asset with ssh-keygen -Y sign (Ed25519 key in the RELEASE_SIGNING_KEY secret; public half committed as release-signing-key.pub and allowed_signers).
