…comments Combines Dependabot #1 to #4. They failed the drift test because it required a "# v4"-style comment on each pinned action and Dependabot writes "# v7.0.1", so every future bump would fail the same way. Combines Dependabot #1, #2, #3 and #4 in the three workflows under
.github/workflows.The failing case: each Dependabot PR failed
