Summary

Record the 2026-10-16 encrypted mobile push acceptance checkpoint in the existing integration runbook. This is a documentation-only PR; no product defect was established and no implementation changes are included.

• Separate reused CI evidence from supplementary local checks and one real APNs sandbox notification.
• Record registration, persisted receipt, accepted verdict, decrypted background presentation, cold notification open, and scoped cleanup, with their evidence limits.
• Retain failed harness attempts and distinguish the successful side-swipe open from the earlier unsuccessful taps.
• List remaining live acceptance gates for each of fix(mobile): preserve push registration across authentication refresh #197–test(mobile): verify notification integration and document deployment #205. Physical devices, production, business-category scenarios, and signed upgrade continuity remain pending.

• Recorded results were checked against the retained local JSON, XCTest summaries, screenshots, and earlier CI evidence. No live notification was resent for this documentation change.
