abandoned has 22 reads. It marks an instance that no one waits for. It latches in any phase after abort, including after the stream ends.

Precondition: the comparison shows zero untagged divergence and zero untagged rejections for abandonRequested on nightly.
Add a getter that reads latches.abandoned.
Flip the 22 reads, including ClineProvider.ts:1153 and TaskRegistry.ts:67, 73.
Delete the field and remove its write from the helpers.

Exit criteria: no direct reads remain. Tests and E2E pass.

Reversibility: revert this PR.
