Minor changes to some of the SPDX headers. For files that don't already have a year in an existing license, the year 2017 seems correct since its the repo creation year (I assume that's where you got the 2017 year from originally).
Ensures license and copyright metadata are present for all files. - a step toward resolving adafruit#138
