Bugbix recorded pytest outcomes before pytest applied expected-failure markers. A mixed suite could therefore report regression_observed and include an xfail-to-xpass case as an ordinary assertion transition.

Read the final pytest reports, preserve assertion/runtime-error distinctions, and keep xfail/xpass suites inconclusive. Add two focused regression tests and align package, CLI, and report versions for the next alpha.

Validation: 22 product tests passed on Windows with Python 3.12.14 and pytest 9.1.1; an independently installed wheel passed five CLI cases. That installed CLI also checked the new mixed-xfail regression against the pre-fix commit: two assertion failures before, two passes after. Earlier third-party trials were not rerun.
