The Apps Service validates an x-agyn-ref: model property on an app installation before persisting it. GetModel is the wrong shape for that: it checks the caller's own membership, and it hands back a record the caller only needs one boolean about. A model in another organization answers false exactly as a missing one does, so the check cannot be used to probe for models elsewhere.
Provisioning died on "couldn't find key llm in Secret agyn-platform-database-urls" before any test ran, and e2e has been red on main since 2026-08-09 for the same reason. The workflow built a PR image and a PR chart, pushed both to GHCR, and handed their versions to bootstrap's Terraform as TF_VARs. provision-vm has no such inputs and needs none: it boots a VM that already contains the platform, and the service under test is deployed from source with devspace — which this workflow was already doing afterwards. So the image and chart it published were built, pushed, and then replaced by the source deploy. What is left is the shape agents, apps, gateway and console-app use.
The name came from bootstrap, which built the cluster itself; the platform VM installs the umbrella chart into agyn-platform, which is what agents already targets.
