Remove CMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES from CMakeLists Set CMP0177 to NEW This upgrades the minimum deployment target for macOS to 12, allowing for builds on macOS 27. CMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES is no longer set in CMakeLists to default to the architecture of the system, which matches most developers' workflows. It will still be set in GHA builds. CMP0177's NEW behavior makes CMake normalize paths, fixing them if needed. This behavior is now set to NEW if the policy is available.
Add instructions for installing dependencies with Homebrew

Should be done now. I've tried making the install script look less silly, but everything I tried would either break using |

I'll test builds today, changes look good, the only one I'm a bit wary of is the fixup_bundle one, I was using it some time ago before I introduced Vulkan, the moment I had to do anything with dylibs, fixup_bundle would screw up RPATHs and codesign. |
