Why

The Go SDK needs a machine-readable declaration of its supported Language SDK capabilities.

What

  • Add the Go SDK capability manifest.
  • Generate the compatibility matrix in the Go SDK README.
  • Verify the declared supervisor schema version against the Go runtime.

Airflow 3.3 does not recognize the Go SDK's current supervisor schema, and the drift check should remain reliable across idiomatic Go constant declarations.
Go permits equivalent constant declaration forms, and source-file failures should not turn the matrix check into an opaque traceback. Historical capability dates also need context when a newer wire schema raises the current runtime floor.

Should the conformance spec gain a runtime dimension for stub-task
argument binding say stub-task-args, mirroring task-args on the
native-Dag side?

Comment thread scripts/ci/prek/update_go_sdk_readme_matrix.py
…match

read_go_schema_version() returns None both when the SupervisorSchemaVersion
constant is gone and when its declaration no longer matches
SCHEMA_VERSION_PATTERN. Previously that fell through to the mismatch branch,
reporting "SupervisorSchemaVersion is None" and telling users to update
capabilities.yaml, which cannot fix a missing or renamed Go constant.

Good idea! The compatibilities.yaml of all the SKDs need to change as well, I prefer to merge this one first, then having a follow-up PR to add a new field. Perhaps naming it as taskflow-binding.

Follow-up to apache#71753: track whether a stub task's arguments bound in
the Python TaskFlow Dag are delivered at runtime, as a dimension
distinct from native-Dag task-args. Declared unsupported for every
SDK for now.
