Complete Hindi (hi) UI translations - #75057

The Hindi locale had fallen below the completeness threshold tracked for releases, leaving large parts of the web UI untranslated for Hindi speakers. Fill the remaining gaps across all namespaces so the interface is fully localized, following the glossary and formal register defined in the hi locale guideline, and drop keys that no longer exist in the English source. Raise the Hindi (
hi) UI locale from ~77% to 100% translation coverage.All UI namespaces are now fully translated, following the glossary and formal
register defined in the
hilocale guideline(
airflow-core/src/airflow/ui/public/i18n/locales/hi/README.md). i18next{{…}}placeholders and plural forms (_one/_other) are preserved, and keysno longer present in the English source were removed.
