Adds a Duplicate action to the Connections page in the Airflow UI. The action opens a prefilled connection form using the existing connection's details, while leaving the connection ID and password blank so the user can enter a new ID and credentials before creating the duplicate.

Adds the corresponding English translation for the Duplicate action.

Hi, I’ve implemented the connection duplication action in the Airflow UI. The Duplicate button opens a prefilled form, allowing users to create a new connection with a new connection ID. The password is left blank for security.

I’ve kept the changes limited to the Connections UI and its English translation. I’ll share the PR for review once the branch is finalized.

Closing in favor of #75110

For any new UI, we do like to have screenshots.

Thanks for the update. I understand that this is being handled in #75110. I had completed the implementation and all relevant checks were passing, so I'd appreciate understanding whether there were any specific technical concerns with my approach, or whether the PR was closed solely to consolidate duplicate work. I'd be happy to contribute any missing pieces, including screenshots, to #75110.

Mainly duplicate work and we had to pick one. The one we merged had before/after screenshots and included an alert to let users know when they need to refill in any sensitive fields.
