What's Changed

The NuGet packages still point at the old monorepo: the project website is https://arrow.apache.org/ and the source repository is https://github.com/apache/arrow (as shown on https://www.nuget.org/packages/Apache.Arrow). This updates the shared metadata in Directory.Build.props so every package uses:

  • Project website: https://arrow.apache.org/dotnet/
  • Source repository: https://github.com/apache/arrow-dotnet

It also updates the README note about the origin remote needed for Source Link to name apache/arrow-dotnet.git (the release scripts already expect that remote).

Checked with dotnet pack src/Apache.Arrow/Apache.Arrow.csproj -c Release; the generated nuspec now contains <projectUrl>https://arrow.apache.org/dotnet/</projectUrl> and <repository type="git" url="https://github.com/apache/arrow-dotnet" .../>.

This PR was prepared with AI assistance and reviewed by me.

Closes #79.

The packages still advertised https://arrow.apache.org/ as the project
website and https://github.com/apache/arrow as the source repository.
Use the .NET documentation site and this repository instead, and update
the Source Link note in the README to match.

Closes apache#79.
