Unify cluster nodes and tablet server replica loads in Admin.describeCluster, using RPC API key 1075. Keep getServerNodes on the Metadata discovery path and enforce cluster DESCRIBE authorization for cluster inspection. Document coordinator routing and request volume guidance, and update the protocol bindings and coverage for authorization, missing loads and retries.
Classify NotCoordinatorLeaderException as InvalidMetadataException so retryable calls refresh cluster metadata before retrying after a leader change. Cover successful recovery and the one-retry limit. Co-Authored-By: Codex <noreply@openai.com> AI-Model: gpt-6
