Fix trailing spaces and blank lines in pages - #314

Turns MD009, MD012, MD022, MD031 and MD032 back on and fixes the pages that broke them. Whitespace only, apart from one blog paragraph that now splits where the author left a blank line.

Builds on #312. Turns five whitespace rules back on and fixes the pages that broke them. Pages render the same apart from one blog paragraph in the_joy_of_feedback.md that now splits where the author left a blank line.
