Fix links, alt text and tables in pages - #319

Turns MD004, MD005, MD007 and MD030 back on and fixes the pages that broke them. Pages render the same apart from the GFMReader extensions in asf-pelican-plugins.md, which now nest under GFMReader.
Turns MD040 back on and labels all 143 unlabelled code blocks. highlight.js now uses the label instead of guessing, and output and email text show as plain text.
Turns MD003, MD018 and MD026 back on, allowing "!" in headings. Drops closing hashes and three trailing colons, and escapes one stray hash.
Turns MD010, MD034, MD038, MD048 and MD049 back on, keeping tabs inside code examples. Fixes one broken code span in asf-pelican-plugins.md.
Turns MD045, MD051, MD053, MD059 and MD060 back on. Adds alt text, repairs three links to missing anchors, removes unused link definitions and names "here" links.

The merge from the default branch kept its versions of git-primer.md and asf-pelican-gettingstarted.md, which dropped the list indent and trailing space fixes. Reapply them and match the upstream trailing space fix in infra-contact.md.
