What changed
Added an httpUrl field to the apify MCP server in apify/.mcp.json, alongside the existing url.

Why
Qwen Code (which can install this Qoder plugin as-is) selects the MCP transport by field name: httpUrl = streamable HTTP, url = legacy SSE. With only url, Qwen Code tried SSE against https://mcp.apify.com and failed with HTTP 400. Adding httpUrl lets Qwen Code connect over streamable HTTP. Qoder keeps using url and ignores the extra key, so one plugin works on both.

Verified
Tested and working in Qwen Code, Qoder CLI, and the Qoder extension (ZIP) install.
