Dependency maintenance left coupled updates and immutable version records out of sync. Apply the reviewed package/action/base-image changes together, adopt verified Tools v0.27.2, and require explicit review for the database drivers used by the source.
Validation: source preflight passed dependency policy, immutable SDK compatibility and workflow lint. The published SDK passed all installed-consumer scenarios. Require complete exact-head CI against current main, verify the merged tree and monitor normal main verification/delivery. Existing gates remain mandatory.
