What this PR addresses

This PR adds several new changelog entries (Billing Explorer, Stripe Projects, Process logging, Sandbox images) and fixes a layout bug where the "New Console sidebar" description text was rendered outside its <Update> block — the description appeared before the <Frame> image instead of after it.

Steps to reproduce the original issue

1. Open the deployed docs site at the /changelog page.
2. Scroll down to the "New Console sidebar" entry (dated 2026-03-18).
3. Before this PR: The description paragraph "Overhauled the Blaxel Console sidebar…" appeared above the image frame, and the </Update> closing tag came immediately after the image — causing the text to potentially render outside the update card or break the layout.

What to verify (expected behavior)

1. New entries render correctly: Confirm the following new changelog entries appear in correct chronological (descending) order and render without layout issues:
   • 2026-06-13 — Refreshed Billing Explorer experience (with image)
   • 2026-06-11 — Self-host Claude Managed Agents (existing, repositioned)
   • 2026-06-10 — Stripe Projects integration
   • 2026-06-05 — Process logging improvements
   • 2026-05-25 — Sandbox images for Codex and Claude Code
2. Image displays: The Billing Explorer image (billing-explorer.webp) loads and renders inside its <Frame>.
3. Layout fix: In the "New Console sidebar" entry (2026-03-18), verify the image appears first, followed by the description text, and both are contained within the update card.
4. Minor text fix: The "Support for build variables" entry now reads "agent, job, sandbox, and MCP server builds" (added "sandbox").
5. No regressions: Other existing changelog entries remain unaffected.
