Hi Everyone!

An example file 'ExampleTifSequence-InteriorLabel-vsx_2.076um-vsz_3.998um-TimeInterval_3.00min-21timesteps.tif' was added to the repo, which contains the data used for the paper.

This should be run with an xy-pixel size of 2.076 um, a z-pixel size of 4.0 um, an Interfacial Tension of 3.33 mM/m, a flourescent interior, a local edge fit, and a filter size of 1. Also note there are 21 total frames, each representing a snapshot taken at a 3 minute interval. This data was collected by Elijah Shelton, on August 7th, 2020.
