The signer, ampel, collector and policy modules moved from the carabiner-dev org to policylabs. command v0.3.4 already requires github.com/policylabs/signer, so keeping the old carabiner-dev/signer require pulled two copies of the signer packages into the build and failed with a type mismatch between them. Switch all imports and go.mod requires to the policylabs paths and bump to the versions ampel v1.4.2 pins: collector v0.4.0, policy v0.6.0 and signer v0.6.5-0.20261008081547-3730a48c4c4f Signed-off-by: Adolfo García Veytia (Puerco) <puerco@carabiner.dev>
