Point the installer at bootstrap sequence 5 (hotkey-only setup) - #323

Bootstrap 5 (signed 2026-11-03T03:13:23Z, valid to 2026-12-03) ships the reviewed SN94 SNP policy, so setup needs only the hotkey again. install.sh, its README digest, the AUTO_UPDATE block and the Docker image bootstrap move to s5 by substitution only. Stable floor 7.

Points the public installer from bootstrap 4 to bootstrap 5. Setup now needs only the hotkey: the reviewed SN94 SNP policy ships inside the signed bootstrap (#318).

Promotes the public installer from signed bootstrap sequence 4 to sequence 5, updating pinned release URLs, artifact SHA-256s,
--minimum-bootstrap-sequence, and the generated bootstrap block indocs/AUTO_UPDATE.md(new validity window, stable minimum sequence 7, boundstable.jsondigest). The same pins are mirrored indeploy/validator-docker/install_image_bootstrap.pyso container builds stay aligned withscripts/install.sh; the README’sinstall.shdigest pin changes accordingly.Operator docs now match bootstrap-bundled SNP policy: systemd setup drops the extra GitHub download and default
