Description of Changes
It's a code motion to move
RelationalDBto aspacetimedb-enginecrate.Primary motivation is to have better control over dependencies of
RelationalDB, which aligns with the Deep style principles of "working towards zero dependencies" and also useful to eliminate hidden source of nondeterminism.API and ABI breaking changes
