Replaces the legacy Bitnami-based MinIO Helm dependency with the official MinIO chart (https://charts.min.io/, v5.4.0). The Bitnami fork was unmaintained and used a different image (bitnami/minio) and values schema. This migration aligns with the upstream MinIO project.
