Implement ServicesTabs — a native <details> accordion with WAI-ARIA tabs, Web Animations API transitions, and keyboard shortcut navigation (1/2 to switch tabs). Replaces the services card on the homepage and populates the /services page. Includes planning docs for D-341. Rewrote all service and how-we-work descriptions and body copy using an accordion lens — descriptions earn the click, bodies pay off on open.>

The new ServicesTabs component is comprised of 5 services and 3 how we work principals.

The component is a native details accordion with WAI-ARIA tabs, Web Animations API transitions, and keyboard shortcut navigation (1/2 to switch tabs). Replaces the services card on the homepage and populates the /services page. Includes planning docs for D-341.
I reviewed all descriptions and body copy using an accordion lens — short description earn the click, bodies pay off on open. Internal tools remains the only row that has a page clickthrough.
