Summary

Clears three Claude directory policy holds that #51 introduced. When the portal re-validated main @ b40d7b6, it raised "Image or font file that the plugin's code could run" for README.md, CHANGELOG.md, and DISTRIBUTION_CHANNELS.md. Each of those files names the icon's path. The validator holds any plugin whose files name a bundled image or font path: a shell pointed at an image it hasn't read could run the image's bytes.

This removes those three mentions. The icon itself stays and is still picked up from its default location. The portal's note "Images and fonts passed without a code check" confirms it found the icon.

The remaining hold, "Name may be confused with an existing listing" ("CodeRabbit AI" vs coderabbitai/skills), compares our publisher name with our own existing listing. A reviewer clears that, and changing the name wouldn't avoid it.

A stray blank line in CHANGELOG's Unreleased list is removed.
