Refactors
TestUnmarshalDriverListso it no longer resolves driver versions against the public driver registry. The test now serves a localindex.yamlthroughhttptest, with pinnedflightsqlversions (1.8.0, 1.9.0, 1.10.0) andreplace_defaults = true, the same wayTestGetDriverListHonorsProjectRegistriesdoes. Registry updates like the one behind #212 won't break CI anymore.go test ./...passes.Closes #213
