Renovate raises Go standard-library security fixes (OSV stdlib, fast-tracked [security] PRs) only for the go.mod toolchain directive, never the go directive, and this repo had no toolchain line.
This adds toolchain go1.26.10 (the newest 1.26 patch), which setup-go's go-version-file: go.mod picks up for CI and releases.
The go line stays at 1.26.1 as the minimum language version. Verified: go mod tidy (toolchain line kept), go build ./..., go vet ./..., go test ./....
