Summary

  • Settling a source update or revision queue recomputes the knowledge/structure.yaml input hash after citations are rewritten, so verify no longer reports a stale structure. A structure that was already stale stays stale for Close.
  • Settlement relocates citations without the local source region cache (fresh clone, another machine): for repository sources the cited region is read from the previously settled commit and used only when it matches the recorded digest.
  • update with explicit processed_version no longer leaves the write lock behind when the checkout differs from the pinned ref.
  • Kept pages whose repo-content: citations changed or cannot be confirmed are listed in reference_warnings; settlement rules are unchanged.
  • The package output guide says websites open in light mode until the reader switches.
  • Version 0.7.72 across the workspace and the workflow Provider.

Verification

  • bun run build, bun run verify:full
  • bun run release:prepare (13 packages at 0.7.72)

…t region cache, release update lock
