Replace the Zeabur preview upload with native Vercel Git previews. Keep frozen dependency installation and the Astro build as a pull request check with read-only repository permissions.
Validation: the PR Build and Vercel preview checks passed, together with the production build, 23 existing tests, asset checks, actionlint, and
