This PR prepares Ovis 0.5.1; the owner has given the go. Nothing is tagged or published by this PR itself: the merge pass runs the release after merging it. #3276 is not in this release.
What's in it
package.json and herdr-plugin.toml: version 0.5.1.
release-summaries.json: the 0.5.1 notes in en, ko, ja and zh, 1 / 3 / 5 lines (new / improved / fixed), every English line at most 70 characters:
New: account sign-in on the first-run welcome.
Improved: Add a connection as three tabs, the update hint for a Tailscale PC with an older Ovis, a dismissible same-Wi-Fi direct notice.
Fixed: the terminal cursor after arrow keys and a space, "Conversation unavailable" on Claude and Codex panes, Safari's sidebar workspace list, swipes on tables and code blocks on phones, Android key-bar keys reopening the keyboard.
shared/machines.ts: REMOTE_BUNDLE_VERSION 42 -> 43, as bun scripts/release-guards.ts asks (the remote bundle's inputs changed since remote-v42).
After merge (merge pass)
Push remote-v43 on the merged commit and wait for Remote PC bundles to publish it.
Merge nothing touching server/, shared/, bun.lock or patches/ until the Release run is done.
Run Actions -> Release with 0.5.1.
Phone apps: nothing under app/ outside app/electron changed since build 7 (e3cb6e4a), so build 7 stays (no phone build for 0.5.1).
