[MEDIUM] Inconsistent verb tense — "Fixes" should be "Fixed"
This bullet uses present tense ("Fixes a crash…") while every other entry in the 4.81.0 "Bug fixes and enhancements" section uses past tense ("Fixed"). Change "Fixes" to "Fixed" to maintain parallel structure throughout the release notes.
