The Python guide and failure-recovery reference now document the shipped Python 2.11.0 reporting contract in English and all seven translations. They explain complete encoded-body accounting, field bounds, lower transport limits, omission diagnostics and the immutable local observation shared by first execution and cold replay.

Merged source 7b8d5f3ba1ba80a2de53d97add852602ee8344d9 has the same whole tree 4ecb0ca5501aa345b226dd90c2076a3012966735 as the qualified candidate. All candidate and independent main checks pass, with direct zero-open Sonar review. Pages publication 40035127985 passes; actual Pages generated commit 3393ba5b284c4ac2106f6c9aa99ea8a407c152c4 is built. At 22:47:41 UTC October 23, all sixteen canonical localized Python/failure routes return HTTP 200 with the correct language, translated heading, new anchors and report-limit fields. All 105 current guides have reviewed hashes in seven other locales, and fourteen changed translations have exact full-guide code parity, including Ukrainian. The merged remote head is absent.

SDK #215 records the normal published package's 37 focused and 15 real Server 2.11.1/MySQL controls, registry identity and complete cleanup. This documents delivered behavior. Shared .github #225 remains open for separate receiver/embedded, History/Waterline and remaining PHP guidance acceptance.
