Delivered: PHP failure-report guidance is now live in all eight languages. Merged source Fresh public verification at 2026-10-24T01:27:29.012921+00:00 passes all sixteen canonical PHP/failure pages across English, German, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Ukrainian, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. Each returns HTTP 200, the correct HTML language, its localized section title, published SDK minimum 3.5.0 and the 62/128/64 KiB plus 1 MiB bounds. PHP pages expose The earlier observation that received old pages without the new sections remains unsuccessful. This later deployed result completes the documentation component; shared #225 still retains canonical receiver, embedded/History/Waterline and package/image acceptance work. No new runtime or native capability is inferred. |

The PHP guide omitted the shipped failure-report bounds and the returned-client configuration needed to lower the request budget. Document PHP SDK 3.5.0 in English and all seven translations: field/body limits, JSON accounting, transport-declared lower caps, immutable local observations and the typed reporting refusal.
The configuration example uses the released Client::withFailureReportLimit() clone API and DurableWorkflow Exception FailureReportRefused, checked against exact published source 61fdd37f. Normal installed PHP acceptance already verifies thirteen actual cases on each immutable-Server SQLite/MySQL backend. This documents delivered SDK behavior. Shared .github #225 stays open for receiver/embedded and History/Waterline acceptance.
Validation: PHP example syntax, supported Node 24 checks for all 105 current guides, fourteen changed source-hash/full-guide code comparisons including Ukrainian, reporting-limit tokens and whitespace. Exact hosted CI/Sonar, Pages and sixteen live localized routes remain pending. No SDK, Server, image or selected-tuple change.
Current deployment acceptance:
