Activity code can inspect the retry snapshot and original owning run in PHP SDK 3.6.1. Document the final configured-attempt check, missing/legacy/unlimited policy distinctions, original IDs and the run-pinned self-signal pattern in all eight current PHP guides.

Link the canonical SDK's complete helpers, require 3.6.1 for public-claim identity and preserve the distinction between a remaining attempt budget and an actual retry. Keep signal handling idempotent: a stable request key alone is not a shipped once-only admission guarantee. The known receipt work remains in shared #216.

English plus German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Ukrainian and Simplified Chinese are translated together. Only the corresponding PHP source-hash key changes in each reviewed locale. The frozen stable-release tuple is unchanged.

Validation: normal Composer PHP3.6.1 / published Server2.11.3 acceptance completed across ordinary, supervised, worker-session, inline-local and prepared-local paths. Translation, reviewed-source and localized-link checks pass. Final PR qualification40443869639 and main Pages deployment40444612497 passed. All eight live routes were read back at2026-10-27 03:40:33UTC with the new section, minimum3.6.1, API names, correct locale and canonical link.

The PHP slice of shared250 is delivered in 3.6.1, including all eight current main-guide locales. Python remains open.

Website409 merged at signed d453441374187acb67f9d4211194f20320c81d5d, tree-equal to qualified head 4c087a6a. Final PR documentation qualification, Sonar and CodeQL passed. Pages deployment40444612497 succeeded. At 03:40:33 UTC, all eight public routes returned 200 with their correct language, the new activity-retry-context section, minimum3.6.1, retry/identity API names and a working canonical SDK link:

• English, German, Spanish, French.
• Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Ukrainian, Simplified Chinese.

Only the PHP guide and its reviewed-source hash changed in each translated locale. The frozen release tuple and historical guides are unchanged. Canonical links target the verified SDK page because that portal currently does not emit heading IDs.

SDK guide correction222 is also merged and deployed (bda72cde, portal40443165012). Public readback confirms the3.6.1 identity minimum and current Server signal-receipt limitation. The two helper function declarations are unchanged from the installed package and were exercised in the real published-Server receipt. This does not claim that the still-open shared216/Core877 signal-deduplication feature has shipped.
