Wire the desktop side of the product tracking plan onto the existing PostHog shell. Identity is keyed on email to merge with website activity. All events are PostHog-only; no raw user text is sent. - Goal 1A onboarding: app_launched, onboarding_step_completed, permission_resolved, model_configured, first_task_completed - Goal 1B errors: task_failed (classified), app_launch_failed, mcp_install_failed, signin_failed, signup_failed - Goal 1C usage: task_submitted/completed (agent_count, has_mcp, duration, tokens), scheduled_trigger_created, mcp_installed - Goal 2C features: feature_used per surface (mcp/skills/triggers/ multi_agent/file_generate), model_type_changed - Goal 2D task_category classified on-device; only the label is sent, never the raw project name/summary Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
