The test / Test (windows-latest, x64) failure is tests/main/electron-types.spec.ts > getElectronTypes({ source: local }) > watches for the types file to be updated timing out in vi.waitUntil, a Windows file-watcher flake that has nothing to do with this PR, which only changes workflow references (the job running at all shows the $/ reusable-workflow call resolved). The same test failed the same way on main in run 39000403399 and run 39001231730, and the ubuntu and macOS arm64 test legs passed here. I couldn't find an open fix for it yet, so I'm re-running the failed job.
