docs: add Python, Go, and Rust server adapter pages - #100

Add build pages for the official non-Node adapters (seamless-auth on PyPI for FastAPI and Django, seamless-auth-go for net/http, chi, Echo and Gin, and the seamless-auth crate for Axum), each with a complete app taken from the conformance reference apps, configuration, cookie and bearer transport, frontend wiring, auth API compatibility, conformance, and starter status. List them in Server SDKs and the Ecosystem overview.
