docs: label self-hosted start pages as the self-hosted path - #60

firstUser, firstAdmin, adminUi, and firstPageAndRoute walk through the local stack (localhost URLs, OWNER_EMAIL, docker compose logs) but sit next to the Managed Quickstart with no label. Add a top-of-page note to each that names the self-hosted path and sends managed users to the Managed Quickstart. On adminUi and firstPageAndRoute, also point managed users at the managed equivalent: the instance's bundled admin console, opened from Open admin console on the application's dashboard in the portal (InstanceCard in seamless-portal). The portal has no per-application Users page, so role edits happen in that console. Closes #27
