ESLint 10 drops the legacy config so the rules move to a flat
eslint.config.mjswith the removed formatting rules taken from@stylistic, and TypeScript 6 deprecates node10 resolution and enablesesModuleInteropby default, which needs bundler resolution, explicittypesand a default import ofwinston-transport. TypeScript stays on 6 because neither typescript-eslint nor ts-jest supports 7 yet.
