Bug reports and ideas for FooterMate. This repository holds no code: the product is closed source, and this is the public place to say something is broken or missing.
- Something is broken. A signature that will not install, a page that errors, a render that is wrong in a particular mail client.
- Something is missing. A template, a field, a client we do not have a guide for.
Open an issue and pick the matching form.
These are public. Anyone can read every word and every screenshot, including search engines, and an issue cannot be truly unpublished once it is indexed.

FooterMate is built and run by one person, and support is best-effort. There is no response-time commitment here or anywhere else: see Service Levels for what we do and do not promise. Most things are read within a few days. A report that something is broken is looked at before a question, and a good report gets there faster than a good complaint.
An issue that goes quiet has not necessarily been ignored, but you are welcome to say so.
