Closed as superseded by the combined JavaScript dependency update on master: 7c33dff + 48235af. The combined update bumps Webpack Encore 6, Cypress 15, and Jest 30 together, migrates Cypress config, keeps the legacy e2e specs working, and fixes the CI-only supportFile issue. Latest master CI and CodeQL are green on 48235af.
