fix(SPDX): improve cross-platform output and data handling - #225

Walkthrough
The scanner now applies common SPDX filename defaults across platforms, retains SPDX formats on Windows, and uses corrected scan items after YAML correction. The fosslight_util minimum version increased, and SPDX tests now cover output formats and correction scenarios.
Changes: SPDX scan behavior
Layer / File(s)
Summary
SPDX output and correction behavior pyproject.toml, src/fosslight_binary/binary_analysis.py
The minimum fosslight_util version increased from 2.2.14 to 2.2.18. Windows uses the common default SPDX filename behavior, and SPDX formats remain in the output lists. After successful YAML correction, find_binaries uses the corrected scan item and its file items.
SPDX output and correction tests tests/test_spdx.py
Tests cover four SPDX formats, output ordering, metadata, licenses, exclusions, empty and unmatched results, small binaries, and corrected output across reports.
This change requires a fosslight_util version that has not been published. Installing the package from PyPI will fail until 2.2.18 is released or the minimum is lowered to a published version. That blocks installation and testing, so it should be resolved before merge.

Use the corrected ScannerItem for report generation and read its binary
file list separately instead of treating the scanner object as a list.
Add SPDX regression coverage for correction, hashes, shared files,
exclusions, and existing report formats.

fosslight_util>=2.2.18.sbom-info.yaml, so corrected binary data is handled and reported correctly.
