Summary
Add ICP and gongan beian icons to the footer, replacing the old text-only display.
Changes
icp.webpandgongan.pngtopublic/assets/images/, removed the oldgongan_beian.png.src/partials/footer.html— Both footer styles now display the ICP icon alongside the ICP beian number, and the gongan icon alongside the gongan number.settings.yaml— Removedicp_linkandgongan_linkfields. The ICP link is hardcoded tobeian.miit.gov.cn. The gongan link is automatically constructed from the gongan text via JavaScript.
