All test cases share a single Connection, and libpq allows only one command in flight per connection at a time. tasty's default NumThreads runs independent top-level tests concurrently, which was corrupting that shared connection's transaction/cursor state and cascading into unrelated test failures. Force NumThreads 1.

Two things should be two PRs. I'm not reviewing indepednent stuff. Also, don't bother with bumping bounds. There is an issue for that, and I'll do it when I have time. |
