What

Fixes spelling in the README, docs, docstrings, comments and log/warning messages: prefered, ouput, fuctions, helpfull, trough, explicitely, infered, ussually, encouter, explaination, Instanciate, genrated, Exting, irregardless, preceeded, actuall, catche, Additionaly, evluate, indentifier, contian, choises, Quesiton, marging.

Prompt strings, identifiers and non-English text are left as they are, so evaluation behaviour does not change. I left out the typos that open PRs already fix (deault in #1235, refernce in #1186).

Testing

  • ruff check and ruff format --check on the changed files: clean
  • python -m py_compile on the changed files: OK

This PR was written with help from an AI coding assistant. I reviewed every change.
