a. This allows to import vectors from the STAC, and rasterize them based on the presence i.e. BOOLEAN 0/1
b. The import validator logic was based on checking one item, and the search didn't cover the entire extent which was fixed
c. Adds Custom JSONSelector and JSONValue for filtering on arbitrary values
